Meet Frankie Alves, the first CH OTCH MACH Irish Setter in AKC history. Frankie had fear issues that presented a real challenge, but her owner, Ann Alves, and her trainer and agility handler, Kim Berkley, knew she had it in her to be great -- and they were right!
